How long does delivery take?
We prioritize speed and efficiency. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships to follow its journey to your home.
Is the assembly difficult?
No. Our Haruki Bed Frame is designed for fast, tool-free assembly thanks to its innovative, pre-assembled design. Mattresses require no assembly—simply unbox, unroll, and allow a few hours for full expansion.
What should I do after unboxing the mattress?
The mattress will begin expanding immediately. While it is safe to use within an hour, we recommend allowing 3 to 6 hours for the foam to fully recover its precise 27 cm (Akari) or 25 cm (Kaeru) profile.

How do I customize the firmness of my mattress?
All three models feature a Dual Firmness design. Simply flip the mattress (Tenkai, Akari, Kaeru) to select the stable Firm side or the pressure-relieving Soft side, adapting the support to your exact needs.
How do the mattresses regulate temperature?
The Tenkai, Akari and Kaeru offer Dual Temperature regulation via a reversible cover (Warm Tencel™ / Cool Chill Fibers). The Akari uses cooling Gel-Infused Memory Foam combined with continuous ventilation for all-year thermal comfort.
How can I adjust the Tetsu Pillow?
The Tetsu pillow contains multiple, rearrangeable inner foam layers. By adding, removing, or stacking these layers, you can precisely adjust the pillow's height and firmness to achieve perfect cervical alignment.
Can I wash the covers?
Yes, for superior hygiene. All our mattress (Tenkai, Akari, Kaeru) and pillow (Tetsu) covers feature a 360° full perimeter zipper and are designed to be fully removable and machine washable (up to 40°C). Always follow the care label instructions.
